A couple of months ago, the aluminum awning over the window on the front of my mobile home became detached due to a severe wind storm.  I called several aluminum companies in the area to get an estimate of the repairs.  I called your company as I had you do a roof-over shortly after I bought this place.  The person who I talked to (I didn’t get a name) was very polite and said that they would be getting back to me later.  A week or so later, one morning, one of your trucks pulled up in front of my house, and a nice gentleman got out and was looking at the fallen window awning.  When I asked him how much would it cost to repair, he said that he had been told to come here and reattach the awning at no cost!  I am disabled and living on Social Security, I could not do it myself and didn’t have a lot to have it done.  So it was a real nice thing your company did by having the awning repaired at no cost.  It took the nice gentleman only 15 minutes to do the repair and then he left!
